1. Booking & Payments

Health & Allergies – Inform us of any child’s health or allergy concerns when booking. We do not provide medical supervision.

Deposits & Payments – A non-refundable £110 deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling – Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Behavior Policy – Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.

2. Session & Liability

Delays & Cancellations – We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If we cancel, we will offer a refund or reschedule.

Liability – We are only responsible for foreseeable loss or damage directly caused by us. We are not liable for lost or damaged belongings.

Insurance – We hold public liability insurance.

3. Data & Privacy

GDPR Compliance – Personal data is used only for bookings and payments. We do not share your information without consent, except as required by law.

Photography – We may take promotional photos. Notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed.

4. General Terms

Transfer of Rights – We may transfer our obligations to another organization. You may not transfer your rights without written consent.

Third-Party Rights – This contract is between you and us only.

Force Majeure – We are not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
